Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Cashier Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
