About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic:in / Industrial Mechanic to join our team at STRABAG International GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards
- Conduct welding and metalwork tasks as required
- Source and procure replacement parts
- Transport equipment to and from job sites
- Adhere to quality and safety protocols
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Quality and cost-conscious mindset
- Proficiency in common software applications
