Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Quality Manager to join our team at Samsung Semiconductor Europe. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving quality improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce defects
  • Lead quality risk assessments and drive corrective actions to mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with R&D and industrial engineering teams to identify and implement quality improvements
  • Manage customer escalations and provide technical support to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IATF 16949 and JEDEC/AEC-Q100
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, methods, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
