MANAGER EMPLOYER BRANDING / EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE (M/W/D) FULL-TIME

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate a comprehensive Employer Branding strategy that effectively conveys our organizational culture and values to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate recruitment initiatives across diverse media platforms in collaboration with the Recruiting department.
  • Facilitate public engagements within the company's network to enhance visibility.
  • Assist in cultivating a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent.
  • Refine existing onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee experience.
  • Identify and recruit Corporate Influencers and Brand Ambassadors from within the organization.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and evaluate the outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance internal Employer Branding projects to strengthen our brand presence.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Digital & Performance Marketing along with Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Employer Branding concepts.
  • Capability to engage diverse audiences and effectively promote the organization.
  • Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
