Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure. You will bring your expertise to help the team grow, overcome challenges, and guide them towards best practices and valuable resources.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including developers and business teams.
  • Design and ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure.
  • Promote practices like CI/CD and infrastructure as a code.
  • Mentor team members and drive the automation and standardization of our processes.
Your Profile
  • An open-minded and creative approach to problem-solving with open-source-based solutions.
  • Experience in guiding and enabling people.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infrastructure role.
  • Experience with open-source infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Experience with the Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis of systems and applications, as well as automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience in non-cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Linux, Python, and Kubernetes.
  • Fluent in English; German language is a plus.
