Job Overview:
The role involves spearheading the development of an advanced Control Center Ecosystem aimed at facilitating the digital transformation in the energy sector. This position is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency of all system assets and offshore functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem to support the digital energy transition.
- Oversee the creation of a holistic control product that integrates all operational assets.
- Engage in collaboration with software developers, system architects, end-users, and various product teams across the organization.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of Proof of Concepts, assessing various technical alternatives.
- Establish, manage, and update product roadmaps, release schedules, and operational strategies.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner capacity or a comparable position.
- In-depth understanding of agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Proven experience in software development for technical applications, ideally within power grid or SCADA environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to articulate and simplify complex technical ideas effectively.
- Innovative mindset with a flair for developing new solutions.
- Collaborative team player, eager to assist other teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to emerging topics.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.
- Certifications or training in SCRUM and/or SAFe methodologies.
- Flexible working hours with a total of 37 hours per week, no mandatory core hours, unlimited flex days, and opportunities for remote work.
