About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader (m/w/d) in Object Protection to join our team at Wi-Med Bergmannstrost. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Security Operations: Ensure the safety and security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve security-related issues, making informed decisions to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Certified security professional or equivalent with relevant experience, minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in using a PC, excellent German and basic English skills, flexible to work shifts and weekends, valid Class B driver's license, clean criminal record, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
