Deine Aufgaben:

  • DU führst selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Einkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen für den Bereich Technische Dienstleistungen, z. B. Logistikdienstleistungen, Technologie und B2C, Multi Service Provider Outsourcing, Implementierungsdienstleistungen, Beratungsdienstleistungen, HR-Dienstleistungen, Facility Management usw.
  • DU erarbeitest Sourcingstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bedarfsträgern und setzt diese um
  • DU arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen, SIE sind die aktive Schnittstelle (intern/extern)
  • DU beobachtest kontinuierlich den Beschaffungsmarkt und analysierst diesen
  • DU steuerst das Lieferantenmanagement inkl. der Beziehungspflege, Beurteilung und Weiterentwicklung
  • DU erstellst Ausschreibungen mit der weltweiten Telefónica Einkaufsplattform (GEP SMART)
  • DU bearbeitest Aufträge und Bestellungen im ERP-System, gibst diese frei und überwachst den Prozess inkl. der Angebotseinholung- und Auswertung und der vertraglichen Ausgestaltung
  • DU erstellst selbständig Konzepte, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für das Management
  • DU unterstützt bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufsbereiches

Was DU mitbringst?

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkaufsfeld
  • Branchenkenntnisse sind erwünscht
  • Erste angewandte Kenntnisse in gängigen Einkaufssystemen
  • Methodische Skills
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
