Your Role: Sales Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at a prominent technology group based in Penig. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales process by providing administrative and operational assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create comprehensive offers for new gearboxes within the SAP system.
  • Independently prepare accurate and competitive offers for spare parts, repairs, services, and fixtures, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Obtain all necessary documentation for offers, including compliance checks, financial reports, risk categorizations, and export control approvals.
  • Maintain standard offer documents, proactively communicate with stakeholders to gather required data, monitor sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of SAP systems and processes.
  • A results-driven and customer-centric approach, coupled with strong teamwork and engagement qualities.
