Position: Lead Backend Developer

We are in search of a Lead Backend Developer to enhance our team and aid in the advancement of our state-of-the-art microservice-based software solution, Connectware. As a vital member of our agile development team, you will significantly contribute to the architecture, development, and upkeep of software solutions tailored for contemporary smart factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the engineering and refinement of our IIoT software solution
  • Architect and implement microservice-based industrial software
  • Leverage technologies such as Golang and modern messaging systems
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues
  • Produce and sustain documentation for software applications
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and constructing backend systems, ideally within an event-driven microservice framework
  • Expertise in Golang
  • Solid understanding of Linux, Docker, and custom protocols over TCP
  • Familiarity with messaging broker technologies like MQTT, NATS, or similar

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in crafting solutions for Industrial IoT applications
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
