Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Überlingen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to clients
• Implement sales routines and ensure a unique customer experience in our store
• Support clients in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships
• Use customer data to contact clients via phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g. market days and health fairs)
• As a data administrator, you will carefully maintain customer information and keep it up-to-date
• Support the store organization by planning deployments, managing the calendar, and handling order and inventory management

Requirements:

• You have completed your training as a Hearing Care Professional
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling
• You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
• You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success
• You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility
