(Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) Customs & Trade - ESG

Collaborate with your team in the Indirect Tax Services sector to provide expert advice to our clients on all matters related to national and international sales tax law, as well as customs, foreign trade, export control, and excise tax law.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to strategically support the ESG (Indirect Tax Services) area with your expertise, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Advise and assist national and international clients on all aspects of Environmental Taxes (such as energy and electricity taxes, plastic tax, and CBAM).
  • Provide comprehensive consulting on the implementation of ESG Compliance Management Systems.
  • Prepare relief applications and tax declarations.
  • Support our clients in developing ESG reporting frameworks.

Your Profile

  • You will join us as a (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) Customs & Trade - ESG with a successfully completed degree in Public Financial Administration or in Business or Law with a focus on European Economic Law, International Law and Business, or Tax Law.
  • You possess substantial professional experience in relevant areas within customs administration, industry, or consulting firms.
  • You have foundational knowledge in excise tax law, particularly in energy and electricity tax law.
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Your strong team orientation and willingness to travel complete your qualifications.
