Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Ingolstadt. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Service
    • Embody the Burberry Experience and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
    • Meet individual sales targets and consistently exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Cultivate
    • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through active client development and follow-through.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records and follow all Cultivate requirements and activities.
  • Visual Standards
    • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, including floorsets, product placement, and replenishment.
    • Ensure the selling floor is replenished and ready for customers at all times.
  • Floor Presence & Maintenance
    • Ensure the selling floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers at the beginning and end of each shift.
    • Be active and visible on the floor at all times, engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Back of The House Support
    • Assist in the markdown process, bi-annual inventory process, and other back-of-house activities as required.
    • Participate in store contests and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
