Logistics and Freight Forwarding Specialist (m/f/d) focusing on Truck Dispatch for Eastern Europe
Your Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the dispatch of international full truckload shipments to Eastern Europe, ensuring adherence to legal driving and rest periods as well as cabotage laws.
- Engaging in the buying and selling of full truckloads.
- Monitoring costs associated with both owned and third-party trucking fleets.
- Facilitating communication among customers, carriers, and drivers.
- Managing documentation and record-keeping.
- Contributing to the formulation and assessment of corrective and preventive strategies.
- You possess formal training as a Logistics Service Clerk (m/f/d).
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in dispatch operations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit a strong service orientation and customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate reliability and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork, organizational abilities, and commitment to excellence.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English and Turkish.
