About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team at Marahrens. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring timely and efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless production and delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control processes to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to increase profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as operations management, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
