Sales Associate

PENNY is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Kassierer. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional customer service.

• Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked store environment, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards, and report any discrepancies to the management team.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is highly desirable.
• Teamwork and Communication: Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
