We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 6-7 bakery locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of bakery staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
• Monitor and maintain quality standards, product presentation, and store layout across all locations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
