• Independent management of construction projects on-site
• Accountability for the technical and contractual execution of building projects (roof and facade)
• Timely and quality control
• Construction flow and site performance control
• Cost control of performance invoices
• Acceptance of construction services
• Negotiations with clients and subcontractors

• You hold a completed master craftsman's certificate or a completed apprenticeship in the roofing trade with further education as a building technologist
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment are self-evident for you
• You have extensive knowledge of the VOB
• You hold a valid Class B driving license
