Your Tasks

  • Take over 2nd level support in the entire customer environment (hardware, software)
  • Accept, classify, analyze, and process incoming incidents and requests in the ticket system
  • Analyze and document errors in hardware and software systems during faults (remote, phone, on-site)
  • Administer MS operating systems, Active Directory, and MS products
  • Monitor the lifecycle of all client hardware, including ordering new hardware
  • Administer client hardware, including mobile devices and peripherals
  • Advise, train, and educate users
  • User administration
  • Support our central network team in network-related matters and projects in the IT area
  • Create and maintain KB articles (knowledge base) for users (self-service) and IT colleagues

What You Bring

  • You have ideally completed a successful education in the IT sector
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • You have in-depth knowledge of managing all client hardware, including mobile devices, as well as Microsoft operating systems and products, and Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of network technology to support our central network team and basic knowledge of ITIL round out your profile
  • You also have team skills, communication strength, customer orientation, and resilience, and are also willing to take short business trips.
