Project Bay GmbH is seeking a dedicated individual to support our Accelerator program, focusing on startups in sustainability, Traveltech, New Work, and Mobility. Our six-month initiative is designed to enhance market readiness, foster growth, and facilitate scaling through tailored expertise and personalized assistance.
During this period, participants will benefit from comprehensive support, engage in specialized workshops, and hold weekly consultations, all while collaborating with fellow accelerator teams in a vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with founders to enhance and evolve the program based on insights from Project Bay's experience.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accelerator program to nurture innovative products and enterprises.
- Connect with experts across various sectors to collectively advance emerging technologies.
- Organize events and meetings with startups and external collaborators.
- Manage relationships within the startup ecosystem effectively.
- Identify and onboard appropriate partners and sponsors.
- A degree in Economics, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
- A strong passion for startups and the entrepreneurial landscape, ideally with hands-on experience.
