Senior Project Manager - PLM IT Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in implementing PLM IT projects to join our team at UST in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of PLM IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to motivate and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud PLM or similar PLM systems.
  • Manage project implementations in the life science domain, leveraging functional knowledge of PLM.
  • Develop and execute project roadmaps, timelines, and schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex IT projects.
  • Proficiency in German language, with ability to communicate effectively with European business teams.
  • Oracle Cloud PLM certification is a plus, as is Prince2/Scrum certification.
  • Ability to assume full responsibility and accountability for project deliverables, team, budget, and schedule.
