As an International Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing conferences in collaboration with global, non-profit scientific member associations focused on Earth and environmental sciences. Our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusiveness drives the success of our full-hybrid events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support via email and phone to stakeholders utilizing our specialized online tools for the intricate organization of conference programs.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with international partners.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.
