Financial Controller (m/w/d) – SAP Processes and Systems

We are expanding our controlling team and are looking for support in this role with the possibility of mobile working.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will provide operational support to our controlling team and be responsible for accompanying interdisciplinary projects from a controlling perspective, as well as designing and further developing processes.

  • You will actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as in the group's planning process.
  • Creating analyses and developing and implementing controlling instruments will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will question the status quo and contribute to the further development of controlling processes and the digitalization of reporting (BI).
  • As part of the group-wide implementation of SAP S4/HANA, you will act as a link between controlling and technical teams to implement efficient, group-wide CO processes.
  • Your range of tasks will include conceptual development, creating guidelines and rules, supporting implementation, and providing training for users.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration/controlling or a comparable field and have several years of experience in operational controlling within an internationally producing company.
  • You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and are well-versed in the FI, CO, PP, and MM modules.
  • Ideally, you possess knowledge of ABAS-ERP and have gained initial experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Your strong analytical and conceptual skills are complemented by a self-reliant, systematic, and structured working style, along with a practical approach.
  • Due to your strong communication skills and team orientation, you can effectively contribute to cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office tools is required, as well as very good German and English language skills.
