Marketing Coordinator for Global Operations

International Marketing Assistant

Join our dynamic team at PS Direkt GmbH & Co. KG, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing initiatives on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination with external vendors.
  • Managing and implementing trade show activities to showcase our brand effectively.
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and fostering customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with various group companies to align marketing strategies.
  • Developing and distributing multilingual pre-sales and after-sales documentation.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our corporate design and brand identity.
  • Designing promotional concepts and selecting appropriate marketing materials and giveaways.
  • Supporting media relations and public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in organizing events and trade shows.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software.
  • Background in press and public relations.
  • Understanding of SAP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
