About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Customer and Process Consultant to join our team in Fulda. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our internal IT customers on all IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive IT consulting services to internal customers, including analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT service architects and managers to design and implement new IT services.
  • Ensure that all IT services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our internal customers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and IT teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
