• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
• Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
• Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Language: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of financial terminology.
