Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our B2C Sales Team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced setting.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide expert consultation to prospective students on our study programs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
  • Engage with warm leads to close study contracts, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth.
  • Represent the company at events and school visits, showcasing our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments and sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Background in business, psychology, marketing, or related fields, with a solid understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in German and MS-Office, with a strong proficiency in sales software and tools.
