Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and overseeing international patient recruitment projects across 30+ countries, ensuring quality, adherence to scope, and timely delivery.
* Implementing effective operational processes and practices to improve performance, manage resources, and ensure compliance.
* Developing strategies for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives, addressing risks, and providing innovative solutions.
* Enhancing efficiency and profitability in providing registry services and clinical trial recruitments.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
* Managing and improving portfolio and project management processes. Ensuring all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Successfully completed studies, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or related fields.
* Proven track record in developing business processes and operational management.
* Professional project management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
* A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
