After-Sales Support Specialist

Position: Customer Service Consultant [m/f/d] - Fixed-Term Contract

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and advising clients on their inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing repair orders in accordance with established procedures
  • Providing accurate quotations
  • Issuing invoices and clarifying billing details
  • Monitoring the status of ordered parts for scheduled services
  • Conducting quality checks and preparing vehicles for customer return
  • Assisting in warranty claims processing
  • Promoting services and authentic parts proactively
  • Offering tailored mobility solutions to our clientele
  • Coordinating vehicle intake and release

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training in the automotive or commercial/administrative field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a garage environment
  • Ability to work independently, meticulously, and with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Proficient presentation skills, commercial awareness, and ease in customer interactions
  • Motivated, flexible, and readily available
  • Fluent in Luxembourgish, German, and French
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
