About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our logistics team as a Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in various aspects of logistics management, including team leadership, organization, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing logistics operations, including team coordination, process optimization, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • First-hand experience in logistics or a related field.
