- Collaboration and Leadership
- Closely collaborate with internal application managers to ensure project success.
- Manage external developers, including quality assurance via code reviews.

- Share knowledge and expertise with other NET architects to drive innovation.
- Adapt to individual project management methodologies to ensure flexibility.
- Education and Experience
- IT/tech-related academic degree (bachelor's or master's degree).
- Several years of experience using NET-related technologies.
- Technical Skills
- Very good knowledge of application development and maintenance (ADM) in the NET-sphere.
- Very good knowledge of the Windows-platform.
- Good knowledge of NET Web technologies (e.g., Rest) as well as Javascript libraries for web front ends, integration technologies (e.g., Rabbit MQ and Kafka), SQL Server and Oracle Database.
- Conceptual knowledge of dependency injection, software design patterns and continuous integration.
- Experience using C#, XAML: Uwp, Xamarin.
- Language Skills
- English (C1), fluent German is a plus.
