Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Specialist to join our team at AERO HighProfessionals. As a partner of Airbus, we offer exciting opportunities in the aerospace industry.

About the Role:

• Set up and dismantle construction sites, workpieces, components, and assemblies
• Prepare tools and materials
• Clean and remove surfaces
• Cover and seal surfaces according to construction documents
• Apply preservatives, mark as instructed, and grind on components
• Pack and deliver the finished products and transport racks

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient production processes
• Contribute to the development of high-quality coatings and finishes
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in vehicle painting, metal construction/bodywork, or a similar metalworking field
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Proficient in German
• Team player
