About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for developing professional Embedded SW solutions and extending existing functionality of Embedded SW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop professional Embedded SW solutions and extend existing functionality of Embedded SW
  • Object-oriented software-development as well as maintenance tasks for the existing legacy software
  • Development environment is C/C++ on a Linux PC
  • Working self-reliant and being part of an agile team
  • Support turn on activities for new HW components as part of the product generation
  • Assure high quality code by state of the art software quality assurance methods such as component testing, unit testing, integration testing, static code analysis and code reviews
  • Demonstration of implemented functionality to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Embedded Software Development
  • Working with Linux work stations
  • Understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
  • Understanding semiconductors and semiconductor testing
  • Pro-active working style
  • English Language Skills and Basic German Language Skills
