Our Product Division is responsible for developing, producing, and distributing audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. We offer a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative in the industry.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel. As Head of Intercom Product Management, you will drive the team to continue developing world-class intercom products in our chosen markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive growth and strengthen our competitive positioning.
- Identify new market opportunities and create financial business cases for new product developments.
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing teams to develop core product messaging and positioning.
- Manage the intercom part of tenders where roadmap items are required.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a software/hardware manufacturing business with an international customer base.
- Proven track record of successful new product development using Stage Gate and Agile processes.
- Strong knowledge of Intercom production workflows, audio processing, IP media networks, and cloud production is essential.
- Fluent English (must have), with German being a plus.
- Ability to travel and work in a mobile environment.
