We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Sales Assistant at REWE.

• Product Presentation and Sales: Showcase a variety of freshly baked goods to entice customers and provide expert advice on product selection.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inventory Management: Maintain excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness, ensuring that products are properly stored and rotated.
• Product Handling: Handle bread and bakery products with care, adhering to company standards for product handling and display.
• Sales Strategies: Implement creative strategies to engage customers and drive sales, including promoting products and services to customers.
• Store Organization: Organize products and ensure correct pricing, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Quality Control: Check incoming goods for quality, ensuring that products meet company standards.

• Experience: Previous experience in bakery sales or retail, or a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
• Customer Service: Passion for customer service and teamwork, with strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Availability: Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service during peak periods.
