Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for processing invoices from suppliers, operational expenses, provisions, and accruals.
- You will handle the reconciliation of accounts payable and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparation of payments for all invoices according to due dates.
- Generation of VAT returns, ZM reports, and Intrastat declarations.
- Participation in various areas of financial accounting, including travel expense reimbursements.
- You will assist in monthly and annual financial closings.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant and/or tax specialist.
- Relevant professional experience in accounting with a solid understanding of bookkeeping according to HGB and tax law.
- Diligent, responsible, and independent working style, along with being a reliable team player.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
