Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize all Housekeeping tasks with the team and external cleaning company.
  • Prepare room lists and hold daily meetings with the external company to assign rooms.
  • Conduct quality control checks on cleaned and prepared rooms, including pick-up, VIP, out-of-service, and unoccupied rooms.
  • Train and support new employees and interns.
  • Manage and distribute uniforms, including inventory.
  • Ensure public areas, including lobby, restaurant, sauna, and fitness room, are clean and tidy.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in public areas, back-of-house, and guest rooms, including room changes and late departures.
  • Distribute clean laundry to all floors.
  • Stock mini-bars.
