Project Overview:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various IT infrastructure initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Coordination: Taking charge of planning, executing, and managing intricate projects from the development of solutions to their implementation.
- Requirement Translation: Converting client needs into actionable IT processes while offering expert guidance.
- Risk and Dependency Management: Identifying and managing dependencies, changes, and risks throughout project and program planning.
- Team Leadership: Leading project team members and suppliers, while effectively resolving conflicts related to goals and interests.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comprehensive management of stakeholders, including clients, departments, and upper management.
- Project Planning and Oversight: Establishing and monitoring timelines, milestones, and interdependencies within the project.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Proof of language skills is required unless it is your native language.
- MS Office Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SharePoint and JIRA, including Project, Outlook, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Educational Qualifications: A degree in economics, business informatics with an IT focus, or a related field is required, with proof in the form of a certificate or diploma.
- Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies is essential, demonstrated through certifications such as IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum PSM/PSPO, or PMI CAPM. Alternatively, over 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, supported by project references, is acceptable.

- Professional Background: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing complex IT projects, with a solid understanding of common project management techniques.
This position is tailored for seasoned project managers who possess extensive expertise in IT infrastructure projects and project management methodologies, capable of successfully steering and executing complex initiatives.
