Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in our Style Outlet Halle Leipzig store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of sales performance, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and attractive to customers.
  • Assist with stockroom tasks, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
