Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien spezialisiert hat. Der ideal Kandidat wird unsere CO2-Reduktionsstrategie vorantreiben und operative Maßnahmen zur Emissionsminderung umsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation einer Roadmap zur Reduzierung der CO2-Emissionen in Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsführern und dem Vorstand
  • Treiber und Verwirklicher konkreter operativer Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung unserer Emissionen
  • Erreichung der definierten Regionsziele durch Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und Projekten zur Reduktion der Scope 1-3 Emissionen
  • Überwachung und Reporting der Fortschritte im Bereich Operational Sustainability
  • Zentraler Kontakt für die Fachbereiche der DSV Road innerhalb der CEE-Region und der A&S in Deutschland rund um das Thema operative Nachhaltigkeit
  • Kommunikation und Stakeholdermanagement in der CEE-Region
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Trainings zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit und Emissionsreduktionen
  • Verantwortung von Veränderungsprozessen im Rahmen der Nachhaltigkeits-Projekte und Umsetzung konzernweiter Vorgaben in den jeweiligen Ländern der CEE-Region
  • Leitung von Projekten und Initiativen
  • Beobachtung und Einführung von Innovationen am Markt
  • Ansprechpartner für strategische Kunden für das Thema Sustainability
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Gerne ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, gerne mit dem Schwerpunkt Sustainable Logistics oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit Themen eigenständig voran zu bringen und diese im Team umzusetzen
  • Reisebereitschaft (30 %)
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Zusammenhang unterschiedlicher Interessengruppen und Stakeholder
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsstärke und Veränderungsaffinität
  • Leidenschaft für die Umsetzung nachhaltiger, umweltschonender Projekte und zur Entwicklung kreativer Lösungswege
  • Idealerweise PMP, Prince 2 oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung wünschenswert
