Software Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Quality Assurance Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the quality assurance process for software development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and policies to ensure high-quality software products.
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for software applications, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance and deliver exceptional software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software products.
- Conduct regular testing including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, monitoring and reporting on quality and performance.
- Evaluate and implement automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and testing, applying knowledge to improve processes and quality.
- Manage QA budgets and resource allocation effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in test management software and automated testing tools, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of QA engineers.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with 3+ years of experience in a managerial role overseeing QA teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
