Sie gewährleisten eine reibungslose, effektive und zuverlässige Durchführung des Sourcing-Prozesses in Projekten sowie des Änderungsmanagements für die Serienbeschaffung unter Berücksichtigung der globalen Beschaffungsstandards von Eppendorf. Sie leiten das Forward Sourcing von der Konzeptphase bis zum Lebensende des Produkts, einschließlich Kostenkontrolle, Anlaufmanagement und Risikomanagement in der Lieferkette, in Übereinstimmung mit der Materialgruppenstrategie hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Entwicklung und Logistik. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Koordination von Supply Chain Management-Konzepten zur effizienten Gestaltung des Materialflusses vom Lieferanten bis zur Produktion, beginnend in der frühen Entwicklungsphase bis zum Lebensende. Sie übernehmen die Organisation, Implementierung und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen. Sie führen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten über Preis, Menge und Qualität.Ihre Qualifikationen
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, allgemeinem Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Physik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. Sie bringen umfassende Erfahrung im internationalen Beschaffungs- und Lieferkettenmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung mit, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffung und Logistik. Sie haben tiefgehende Erfahrungen im Forward Sourcing in einem High-Tech-Fertigungsumfeld und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen. Sie sind bereit, sowohl intern als auch extern zu reisen und verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenzen. Sie besitzen ein starkes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere in den Bereichen Elektronik, Polymere oder mechanische Verarbeitung. Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
