Position Title: Human Capital Strategy Partner
Core Responsibilities:
This position will provide strategic and tactical solutions to address business challenges for the leadership team of the site or functional unit. Working alongside senior HR Business Leaders and extended HR teams, this role will deliver initiatives and insights aimed at enhancing human performance for their client group.
As a vital member of the global People and Strategy Consulting function within HR, this individual will play a key role in their functional, site, or country leadership team.
Key Duties:
- Engage proactively with client group leaders to formulate impactful talent strategies that align with business goals.
- Design and implement customized solutions in collaboration with the HR team to support distinct talent strategies.
- Translate corporate and regional strategies into actionable plans, driving improvements and influencing future program designs.
- Serve as a thought leader for client groups regarding leadership expectations, organizational culture, team performance, and design.
- Establish strong consultative relationships with senior leadership, supporting growth initiatives and significant change management efforts.
- Anticipate future workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide insights for critical roles.
- Support talent strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning in alignment with business leaders.
- Offer coaching and mentoring to business leaders and participate in key leadership role selections.
- Manage complex transfers, disciplinary matters, and provide guidance on personnel issues.
Specific Responsibilities for Country HR Leadership:
- Assist the HR team in balancing local requirements with global consistency within the HR operating model.
- Participate in country and regional HR policy and compliance forums, aligning senior leaders on strategy rollouts.
- Oversee country works council and employee interactions, providing mentorship to local HR staff.
- Exemplify the company's culture and values, holding legal entity responsibilities for local entities.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, including 5+ years in HR Business Partner or client-facing roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; fluency in English and German is required.
