Cost Optimization Specialist for Alstom

Job Summary

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Design to Cost Locomotives Expert, der unsere Kunden bei der Schätzung der technischen Kosten von Teilen und der Montage unterstützt. Der Kandidat wird Teil des Engineering-Teams sein und bei der Design-to-Cost-Arbeitsweise mitwirken.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Berechnung der technischen Kosten (Soll-Kosten / Kann-Kosten) des Produkts mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Tools
  • Sicherstellen, dass das Produkt vollständig realisierbar ist
  • Überprüfung des industriellen Prozesses
  • Sicherstellung der Konsistenz der Annahmen
  • Beitrag zur Verbesserung des Kalkulationsverfahrens
  • Als Referent für einen Prozess oder eine Produktfamilie
  • Ideen für Design To Cost generieren und formalisieren
  • Formalisierung der Einsparmöglichkeiten
  • Technische Business Cases unterstützen

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

  • Bachelor/Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
  • Fließend in Englisch
  • optional Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
  • Pack Office Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Unternehmertum
  • Sehr gute Agilität und Zusammenarbeit
  • Dynamik, Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
