In the Investment Banking division, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in Investor Relations (IR) by conducting analyses on investment interests, asset distribution, and ESG criteria of potential investors.
- Facilitating IR communications, which may involve direct engagement with investors, preparing presentations, and participating in business travel.
- Providing daily assistance with corporate finance transactions.
- Contributing to feasibility assessments and transaction structuring for new strategic business ventures.
Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of and enthusiasm for the investment sector, particularly within Europe.
- Proficient research capabilities focused on financial investment firms.
- Strong documentation skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- International exposure, especially within Europe, is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication abilities in English (both written and spoken).
