Lead Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Zara Home in Berlin. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including window displays, in-store promotions, and visual displays.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the store manager to inform business decisions.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to drive business results.
