Your Role
As an integral member of onu's technology team, you will be at the forefront of our product evolution. Collaborating closely with our founding members, you will have the unique opportunity to influence our team dynamics and contribute to building services from the ground up.
Ideal Candidate
Our product is in a state of continuous development, necessitating rapid iterations based on the insights we gather. The capability to swiftly construct, adjust, and enhance our client-facing analytics dashboards is crucial for maintaining our competitive advantage. We are in search of a versatile individual who can analyze and visualize data while presenting it in a manner that prioritizes user experience and enhances decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Establish and steer the product roadmap for our data visualization tools, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your data analytics expertise to uncover significant insights and opportunities, guiding product decisions and feature enhancements.
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and cater to the needs of our target market.
- Agile Development: Lead the iterative development process, prioritizing features and improvements based on data insights and user feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Data Visualization Oversight: Supervise the creation and enhancement of Grafana dashboards, ensuring they deliver clear, actionable insights for our users.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management: Demonstrated experience in a product management capacity, particularly with data-centric products.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics: Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in SQL and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform product strategies. Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
- Understanding of UX Design: Solid grasp of UX principles, especially in the realm of data applications, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to create user-friendly solutions.
- Familiarity with Data Tools: Experience with Grafana or similar data visualization platforms is highly preferred.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI: Familiarity with ML/AI technologies and product development is a plus.
- German Language Skills: Proficiency in German is beneficial.
