Wir suchen einen Spezialisten für Open Platform Communications (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristet bei BNP Paribas.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Bereich der Open Platform Communications.
  • Durchführung von Workshops zur Risiko- und Kontrollbewertung.
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Aktionsplänen.
  • Analyse von Verfahren und Ableitung von Handlungsbedarfen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Risiko-Management-Meetings.
  • Verwaltung von Kontrollplänen und Identifikation von Handlungsbedarf.
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Hinweisen sowie Verantwortung für die Berichterstattung.
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits.
  • Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen im Unternehmen.

Anforderungen & Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, juristischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich ist wünschenswert.
  • Verständnis für Risikomanagementprozesse.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Compliance-Bereich eines Finanzinstituts oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit in stressigen Situationen.
  • Lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Didaktisches Geschick.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Richtlinien.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Tools.
