Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Provide personalized makeup services to customers, including consultations, demonstrations, and applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert knowledge to customers.

Requirements

  • Completed training in makeup or at least 3 years of professional experience in beauty or makeup artistry in retail.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, and attention to detail.
  • Focused and able to work in a team environment.
  • Business-oriented and committed to generating sales through customer service and consulting.
