The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our 10-week Associate Intern Program. As an Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and customer bases, and develop the skills to drive growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 companies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop brand, marketing, and digital strategies
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal senior leaders and clients
  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through creative problem-solving sessions
Requirements
  • Recently graduated or in penultimate or final year of studies
  • Relevant work authorization for the office location
  • Superior communication and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of brand, digital, and marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in German and English
